Its early 2016 and we have expanded into new premises and taken on extra staff.
Our new offices are in a refurbished barn conversion in Boeley Vale and have delightful views of the rolling countryside, but are well-positioned in close proximity of Redditch town centre.
With our new premises, we now have significantly more space which will allow us to increase our team of collectors as new customers join us. Two additional collectors joined the team in December and we have immediate vacancies for two more experienced collectors to support new and existing customers.
DSL has grown primarily through focused, organic expansion. What makes our business unique is a strong emphasis on educating customers how to prevent debt more effectively. Then, if needed, we step in and quickly resolve debt issues for our clients.
Our goal for 2016 is to ‘be the best we can be,’ and continue to provide unrivaled customer service along with superb collection rates. 2016 looks very promising: new customers are consistently joining us, and therefore we are always looking for talented collectors to join the team.
