DSL, a Redditch-based Debt Recovery Agency providing specialist services to Veterinary and Local authorities, is looking to recruit an Experienced Collections Officer working in a business-to-consumer environment.

As a Collection Officer, you will be working 5 days per week on the road and office-based when not out and about; you will need to be flexible with a can-do attitude and enjoy working alone.
You will be required to spend nights away from home every week. We will provide Hotel accommodation and meal allowance along with a company vehicle.
You will be responsible for information gathering and the collection of overdue commercial accounts.
Good IT skills are important for this role as the successful applicant will be working within our main CRM system.
You will be responsible for:
- Contacting defaulters in person or by telephone to negotiate payment.
- Gather intelligence regarding residency, property details, and employment information.
- Ensure compliance within GDPR 2018
- Meeting and Exceeding Customer Expectations.
- Working within Industry Guidelines.
- Ensure we provide the Best Service in the Industry.
- Reporting progress to line managers.
