THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Collection Agent you will be responsible for the collection of Local Authority and Veterinary debt and you will be responsible for:
• Contacting defaulters by telephone to collect overdue accounts
• Ensure we provide the Best Service in the Industry
• Meeting and Exceeding customer expectations
• Working to Industry Guidelines
• Reporting progress to line managers
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES:
Ideal candidates will have at least 12 months experience in a similar role. You will have worked in a credit control / collection environment in either a Local Authority or financial services environment.
Applications will be considered from exceptional candidates with strong a telesales background.
You will be a tenacious, a can do person with a desire to succeed, think out of the box and want to be an important part of one of the best collection teams in the business.
You will be a strong communicator, capable of dealing with wide ranging debt values and able to provide compassion when required. This is a full time Monday-Friday role with occasional Saturday work as required.
Good IT Skills are a prerequisite for this position.
Salary package negotiable according to experience.
